"I'm so Glad all the hard work paid off." Harry Jenkins

Ark Putney Academy extends a huge congratulations to Michael Young, Maan Al-Yasiri and Harry Jenkins for securing offers from Oxford and Cambridge, two of the most prestigious universities in the world. The boys all received offers after interviewing at their respective univiersities of choice. Michael said of his achievement "I'm so glad I applied! At first the process seemed so long and daunting but it's been so rewarding." Although there has been a lot of celebration, Maan remains aware of the ongoing effort needed to secure his place "I'm glad I got the offer but now I'm working to get the grades!"

Laura Brimacombe, head of Sixth Form commended the effort of all the Year 13 students "Maan, Harry and Michael's achievement is matched by some very positive signs from our university applications across the board. We are extremely excited about the results in the summer... As a new Sixth Form team we are very proud to have been able to raise the number of students progressing to the top universities in the world.”
