First Story: APA students publish their anthology!
Monday 22 July 2019
First Story is a literacy charity. It was founded in 2007 by Katie Waldegrave and the writer William Fiennes to improve literacy and foster creativity in young people through creative writing. This year APA students were mentored by Tanaka Mhishi, a writer, performer and researcher who works in London and the South East. He has written/performed for BBC 3, The Rialto, The Brighton Festival and other markets nationwide. and has done a lot of writing to campaign against sexual violence.
Each of our students on the project has produced a piece of creative writing for their very own anthology 'The Rules of Randomness'. For more information or to get a copy of the book please email Ms Greason.
